Domingo y Quiles Winery
Over four generations, the artisanal winemaking of its beginnings has given way to facilities that combine inherited knowledge with control over the winemaking processes. The visit follows this journey: from temperature-controlled fermentation to ageing, bottling and tasting. The ageing area is in the deepest part of the building, where natural conditions help maintain suitable humidity and temperature.
Its wines include the Viña Galira reds, made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Crianza spends twelve months in French and American oak. They also produce whites with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, as well as a local rosé. The experience is rounded off with a tasting accompanied by cheeses, cured meats and other local products. It is an opportunity to connect the aromas and flavours of each wine with the work behind its production.
